_How many times in my youth did I walk these fields and see these fields in my dreams of adventure. The cornfields of Illinois are akin to the wheatfields in each state of America's heartland; they not only provide the food we eat, they are the fuel for many of our industrial products which in turn funds and helps our economy.

This is an excellent photograph and one that I believe I shall try and paint in both oil and watercolor. _____________________________________________________
