We weren't airing our dirty laundry, we had been doing a lot of sweating in boot camp. Back in the 60s, this naval training center was in high gear. This photo is one of the few I was able to shoot while going through bootcamp at San Diego. This photo by R.L.Huffstutter, U.S.Naval Training Center, San Diego, California in the spring of 1960. Cloes TIED to the close line. Yep How did you get a camera into boot camp. I took 2 rolls of 8mm movies in boot camp - 1960. (Company 270) cam not remember how i got movie camera in boot camp or whare I stored it. we did not have lockers. I plan on digitizing the films. I had them put on a disc but can't find it now. Thanks for your blog. that's my comment.
